Our partnership with ASEAN Business Partners (ABP) was focused on tailoring NewgenONE to the unique regulatory, cultural, and operational needs of Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. Leveraging ABP’s on-ground presence and regional expertise, we localized key banking workflows such as onboarding, lending, and trade finance to match local compliance requirements and customer expectations. The platform’s low-code configurability enabled rapid adaptation to market-specific processes, languages, and integrations. We prioritized high-demand use cases in the region, ensuring banks could accelerate digital transformation while meeting governance standards. Together with ABP, we delivered solutions that combine Newgen’s global capabilities with deep local relevance
